We are pleased to announce the "So This Is Love" Winter Virtual Book Fair starting Friday, February 14, 2025, so we can celebrate YOU!
Our past virtual book fair has brought in thousands of readers ready to discover their new favorite authors!
OKRWG never has membership dues, so we rely on fundraisers like this to fund events like writing retreats and our RomanceLahoma writing conference on August 1st - 2nd, 2025.
Space is limited for this virtual book fair event.
Books will be displayed and accepted on a first come, first serve basis per category and our staggered enrollment policy.
ONE BOOK PER AUTHOR NAME
If space allows, we will open it to multiple titles under the same author name. To entice readers to scroll through our book fair and visit your social media, we’ll be giving away a $25 Amazon gift card.
Deadline for book registration is February 12th at 11:59 pm CST
So here’s what you get:
1. YOUR BOOK featured on our OKRWG Virtual Book Fair page with a link to YOUR SALES PAGE (Amazon, Smashwords, your webpage, etc.). YOU KEEP ALL THE PROFIT and the Virtual Book Fair webpage will stay up all year long!
2. An uptick in traffic to YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA as people enter to win the $25 Amazon Gift Card.
Here’s what we ask in return:
1. Pay $25 to fund OKRWG.
2. Spread the word about the event using your social media and newsletters. We'd love a link to the newsletter where you share about the virtual book fair sent to: bookfair@oklahomaromancewritersguild.com
a. We will advertise this event, but word of mouth is the best way to spread the word to multiple audiences. Though we cannot guarantee book sales, the more people who attend means a greater chance of everyone having a successful event.
Here’s how it works:
1. Fill out our OKRWG Virtual Book Fair Form via the registration button below
a. Pick your category so readers know what heat level they’re getting.
b. Upload your book cover.
c. List up to five social media accounts you’d like featured in our giveaway.
2. Once you have received confirmation of your space (space is limited), go to PayPal and pay $25.00 to Treasurer@oklahomaromancewritersguild.com for each title. If featuring more than one pen name, you can pay once, but make sure the information for each book is listed in the memo.
a. Please state in memo:
i. 2025 OKRWG Virtual Book Fair
ii. Your title
iii. Author name
3. Starting February 14th promote the gift card giveaway, and OKRWG Virtual Book Fair page on your social media and newsletters. Please send a link to your newsletter featuring our Virtual Book Fair to bookfair@oklahomaromancewritersguild.com
4. Don't forget to shop yourself! With so many great authors joining in on the fun, you might just find your new favorite read.
